Cuban Missile Crisis

I always find that the Cold War is an interesting topic, because it includes so much history.  My favorite part and the most interesting part about the Cold War was The Cuban Missile Crisis. What the Cuban Missile Crisis was, was a time when America found out that there were Missiles in Cuba, and America decided to hold a blockade and for 13 days The Soviet Union and America held a Political and Military standoff.  So finally both nation came up with a deal that said if the Soviets took out their missiles from Cuba then America wouldn't invade Cuba.  But another part of the deal that isn't heard of as much is secretly President Kennedy made a deal to take out U.S. missiles from Turkey. Please tell me what you think.
